The people who interview you are warm and friendly. They will ask about your past experiences, and how confident you are at handling phones and questions. It is a good idea to also have some background in loan processing, as you will be expected to check in loans, etc. if you get the job. You won't just be answering phones, so be sure to let them know if you have good organization or accounting skills.
