Interviewed with HR for 40 minutes and then another 35 minutes with the Property Accounting Manager. HR and the manager were very easy to talk to and asked very standard behavioral questions.

two managers interview together. ask a lot of questions about past property accounting experience and IFRS accounting knowledge, is it okay to work overtime, how to manage to meet the deadlines.
Phone screening, pretty informal just after why you’re applying. 1st interview, outline career and a few behavioral qs abt 45 mins then 2nd rnd interview with the director which is much more informal.
