Very in depth interview with the head of Operations Management. We spent an hour going over daily expectations, performance goals, and the required skills of the position. The operations team is small, so they are looking to hire more assistant managers. The new hires would be jumping in immediately, and be trained by the employees on site. The experience sounded very hands on, which is exactly what one would like from this position. I then spoke to the Head of People, and we spoke about where a new hire would fit into the company.
