Interview
I was contacted by their recruiter, followed by a phone screen by the hiring manager. This was followed by an onsite interview. Interview questions were pretty good. A couple of them were somewhat difficult. It seemed like they wanted to make sure I knew the basics.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bruker (Kirkland, WA) in Apr 2026
Interview
There were four rounds of interviews, and the interview process itself was fairly straightforward.
However, the hiring decision took more than six weeks. During that time, I received multiple emails explaining delays in the process. The communication was polite, but the timeline kept being extended. What was most frustrating was that after the stated decision date passed, I did not receive any update until I reached out myself to ask about the status.
The communication and decision-making timeline could be improved.
Apply through website. Phone interview. I was talking to two employees through the phone. First asked about related experience and interest, then technical questions. The interview questions are not super hard, but I did not expect them to ask technical questions during the first phone interview.
