Interview
First you will receive a phone call, followed by 2 interviews. The phone call won’t be like a basic ask you five questions and your done. During the phone call the manager will hold a steady conversation with you, ask you about your hobbies and things you enjoy. If the manager likes you he will send you to an in person interview , and in the in person interview be sure to dress nice. You don’t have to come in looking like your in law school, but definitely wear what you might wear to church. The manager will also ask you a math question, but it’s a trick question so don’t stress out. The third and final Interview is where you will most likely be offered a position with the tangency you can pass a back ground test! (:
