There were three separate interviews, they had me interview over the phone, then in person, and lastly with the regional manager in person. If you pass the second interview then you are pretty much guaranteed a job.

It was smooth. Casual 5 questions; strengths/weaknesses, why chose to work there, how deal with difficult customers, describe myself, how would I go above and beyond to help someone or better a situation

Happened quickly. I received a phone call within days of applying. I was invited in for an in person interview the following day. The physical interview was about 30-45 minutes and was a run down of expectations, duties, and scenarios.

Asked about my previous experiences. I was asked a few rapid fire math questions. Was I comfortable working under high volume situations. Was I able to be punctual? I was told if you are late three times you will be fired.
