Applied online, and got Excel assessment 2-3 days after application. Interview with HM 1 week after submitting my assessment. The whole process should include 2 1-h interviews. Interview questions are mainly focused on Excel skills, and there is a section of walking through your Excel submission.

Applied online, process took 4 weeks roughly, First round is an Excel test, recruiter sends over an excel spreadsheet that you have to solve within an hour. Second round with the hiring manager, asked about my background, skills and and just questions about my experiences on my resume. Went over the excel test in detail and ran through a couple of scenarios based on the test.

I was sent an excel and the exercise was to be solved and I promptly finished the same and sent back assuming that they were willing to test my problem-solving skills along with testing my excel skills.
