The interview started normal enough. The owner asked general questions about my background. It took a turn when he asked if I knew when to keep my opinions to myself. What kind of question is that? Would you ask me this if I were a man? Then towards the end of the interview, I asked if they could answer a few questions of my own, to which they said yes. I asked a really slow-ball question like, what would you consider the most difficult thing about this position? The owner promptly responded that he was the one asking the questions. At that point, it was painfully clear this guy wasn't professional. I got up and left.
Bottom line, don't work for this company. They are looking for puppets, not competent employees. I also suspect there is some sexism there. Also, everyone in the office looked miserable.
