Builtwell Bank interview questions

Pretty simple interview process, I had a short phone interview and then went in for an in person interview. Lasted about 30 minutes and was pretty generic questions. Interviewer was impressed I brought paper and copies of my resume

The process went as expected (multiple rounds of phone calls, etc); however, the HR manager rarely replied to texts back. The first interview went great; I have lots of experience in the industry and was looking for their median salary for the position already, but they ended up ghosting me after promises of moving forward. The regional manager seemed to want someone they could squeeze, stating they wanted to pay as little as they could while also understaffing the place (almost verbatim during the interview). He also did not seem to like how lax my current situation was. (I wasn't about to lose my job and wanted to give a 1 month notice to my current employer.) The process ended up confirming many of the company reviews.
