The Talent Acquisition Lead reached out to me on LinkedIn and I responded that I was interested. She asked me to apply to the job on LinkedIn and sent me a link to book a time slot in her calendar for a call, which I did. Two days before the call, I received an automated email that my application has been rejected. I messaged the recruiter to see if the call is still scheduled and never received a response. I am not upset, but please try to remember that job applicants are human beings who have taken time out of their day and away from their jobs to have an interview with you.
