Burke Engineering interview questions

I was interviewed by the director of branch operations. He was the only person who made the decision. The interview was mostly to gauge the person than anything else, but that might have been because I have a lot of technical experience and a degree in business management. If you've never worked at a wholesaler for parts, such as this or Johnstone Supply, Grainger, ect, consider yourself fortunate. It's low pay but the pressure can be on until you adapt to your company (and coworkers). For those with HVAC/R background, its all about adapting to each companies culture and personality. Smaller distributors such as this will always have a worse environment.
