Because it is in China, they do their interviews via Skype (if you are not in Beijing) and give you an offer the next day and want you to start asap. They hire people from all over the world mostly Europe USA and South America.

They give you a long introduction of the office and history of OMA in Beijing. Interview is pretty low key.
