Busek interview questions

The interview was straight forward. There were not too many technical questions. I had spoken with 4 different people and received a tour of the facility. Three different rounds of interviews.

Six interviews. First, an HR screening, This was followed by a Teams interview. Onsite interview with three people. The last in-person interview was an individual from senior management; he was unable to define how we would interact if I was hired, largely because he could not characterize his own role in the firm. Finally, a final Teams interview with another senior-level individual who asked six questions but did not introduce himself or turn on the camera. Then they ghosted me.
