Bussan Auto Finance interview questions

First we started off on FGD, 14 people split into 2 group of 7s and then the next step is HR Interview, where the HR will ask common interview questions such as Weakness and Strength, why you choose this job, and where do you see yourself in 3 years. Next there is BOD Interview and then finally a Medical Checkup

The recruiter team very helpful and communicative, 5 steps recruitment(online test, hr interview, fgd, panel interview), the user interview lil bit difficult, but overall the team really helpful and didnt give any hard time during interview
