Interview
1. Contacted by HR, Tracy regarding my application from LinkedIn and set up for initial interview. She is super sweet. 2. Video interview with Head Designer, Haibert. He asked great questions and I actually enjoyed the interview. He is very nice. 3. On-site interview with Danh Co-Founder/Creative and Haibert/Head Designer. They were both so kind! 4. Final call with Bob, Co-Founder to discuss final details and potential offer. He actually flaked/no-show for our scheduled call which was on a Friday and he did not answer my call or reply to my email the day of his no-show until the next business day Monday...Not a good start with Bob! Monday he emailed back and we finally got on the phone where he said I was over qualified and that we needed to discuss my salary requirements. He obviously was pressuring me to go down 10k and I was stern due to the 5 days a week on-site requirements that would cost me my valuable time and 10 hours of commuting a week alone! No thanks, not for under 100k!
