They sent me an email asking me to participate in a telephone interview a few weeks after sending in my resume. After the telephone interview I had a physical interview with the area lead a couple of weeks later. I was passed over on that offer but another opening became available a few towns over and they offered me to commute to that site.

It was a very easy interview and all done virtually. The site lead manager and two other members were on the video call. The interview consisted of typical interview questions.

Had a very nice interview for a VA Benefits Advisor in NJ.
Would have accepted the off had it not been for the pay. The offer was for around $17 per hour ($35,000 per year)
Sorry to say the pay seems to not match the skill set they are asking for...
