Phone interview followed by in-person tour of building and two interviews. In-person interviews consisted of all behavioral questions. Interviewers were relaxed and conversational, which made the interview less intense - did not feel like an interrogation. Received offer the next week.

2 30 minute behavioral interviews on campus, received call about a week later. One of the interviews was more conversational and one was more about the questions. Overall, there about 6-7 questions they have to get through and want to learn more about you. Use STAR Method

Cat Financial uses STAR based interviews. You tell about how you handled a situation and what the outcomes were. I had two separate interviews on campus, 45 minutes each. It was very laid back and the questions naturally lead into a conversational flow. Overall very positive experience.
