CBC Federal Credit Union interview questions

The initial phone screening was lengthy, but necessary. After determining my background and experience, additional questions for clarification to determine my capabilities. After the initial screening by the contracted screener, a phone interview was set up with the HR Mgr as the contracted individual. Similar questions were asked and how they directly pertained to the organization. The next stage was a presentation for training for a panel-representatives of the organization.

Two women interviewed me, Josie and Annette. Both are very straightforward but overall I had a positive experience. Dress business casual, as if you already work there. Be calm but confident. I highly suggest practicing your answers by having a mock interview with a friend or family member.
