Initial interview, Take home assignment, and final interview.
1. Initial interview was about fit and very basic economic concepts relevent to survey and stats work.
2. Take home assignment was parallel to what a client presentation would be about. Analysis and Presentation.
3. Final interview included presenting the take home assignment and some redundant fit questions.

What are the KPIs you'd track for a particular survey
First interview was fine. Second interview a very rude man joined. He made it clear within 2 minutes that I probably wouldn’t get the role, and he couldn’t really be bothered. He was using his arm to hold his head upright, sighing and pulling faces. I’d avoid applying here.

3 stages: blog editing task, interview with two heads of team, final interview with Comms Director. Fairly standard competency based interview (based on logical behaviours from the JD). Friendly interviewers, who questioned in an open, relaxed format which leant itself well to a more natural conversation.
