I applied online and called the location reached out to the manager and requested a interview. An agreement I met on a certain day and had my interview and was hired on the spot. I also had a 10 minute walkthrough, which consisted of coming in to observe and then make my final decision if I wanted to work.

Not too difficult. Smiles and being personable is what matters. Having a great attitude and wanting to provide great customer service is what matters. Come in dressed and ready to impress. Super laid back and friendly people.
