Interview
Received a called from HR where they asked a few questions.
Had a personal interview the following week with the both the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor.
Received an offer some days later.

Interview
A Waste of time. They bring you in for a seminar where they try to sell you on the company, then a phone interview with the HR coordinator, then 2 back to back face - face interviews with Team leaders who will ask you the same question and have no value for your previous experience or knowledge. Overall, they are looking for people with little or no experience who can hammer out at least 40 calls a day. They are also based out of Markham, so a long commute for many.
