Very natural conversation, friendly interviewer and very welcoming. Initial questions were sent through email for the candidate to answer. Then actual interview were all base on the centre situational cases
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CEFA Early Years School (Delta, BC)
Interview
Send resume, meet with principal, she asked me some questions about my previous job. Then she asked me join one of the class and read story to the class. I stayed in the class for about one hour.

Interview
It was good and not to uncomfortable. They were respectful and toured me around. They made me feel it was a wondeful place to work during th interview process. They have a lot of expectation in terms of assignments and work to be done and displayed as seen on the tour. They also had a lunch room which is really nice despite it not having enough space.
