the whole process is composed of several interviews and exams. First there is the usual HR phone call, then a complete assessment exam of engineering knowledge. It includes chemistry, electricity, fluid dynamics, physics and math. The rest of the interviews is with a panel of directors, HR personnel and they ask the common questions and test about the figures in the cards. at the end of the panel interview they give you a bucket of lego pieces and they as you to build something.
