CFO Selections interview questions

The process took several months which may take too long for some but I appreciated the detailed vetting of consultants. You interview with multiple partners/members of the leadership team. They ask good questions about your experience in various types of situations CFO's would face. Again, once hired, I was thankful that my colleagues could be trusted to do the same quality and level of work I am capable of. Great talent, great people, great leadership.
