It was a 5 minute phone screening. Very short straight to the point ask me about my past jobs and why I no longer work , what shift I would like & that was all still waiting on an answer if I got the job or not

Why are you not longer employed at your past job ?
Interview process was very simple. I heard back within a few days of placing my application. I got the phone call and interviewed the next day. I found out if I got the job a week later.
Telephone interview followed by a zoom interview. Process was smooth and comfortable. All interviewers were kind and professional. They allotted plenty of time for questions at the end. Willing to be upfront with all answers to questions asked.
