Relatively simple process. Asked questions about work ethic, what I would do in certain situations, and how I could improve client satisfaction in an effective manner. I was also asked whether I would be willing to work with the rest of the staff should something come up.

Interview
Relatively straight forward, it was a group interview with the current employees of the department(only 4 or so). It was about a half hour, the program director did most the talking. I met with HR briefly after the interview and was offered the job the same day. The interview itself was not hard at all, they asked the basic questions, no real depth. To be honest they seemed desperate to just fill the position for administrative reasons.
