The interview was done through a local university. The scheduling was orchestrated through the university and the candidates were notified through the university of their interview schedule. The students took part in the interviews on campus and were notified directly by the firm whether they were selected for a second interview.
The interviewers were incredibly friendly, authentic, and genuinely passionate about the work they do. The conversation flowed naturally as an engaging two-way discussion, making the experience feel comfortable, insightful, and never forced or overly scripted.
