I had a phone interview first and was then brought into the office to meet with several different people of all different levels. I was also taken out for drinks the night before my interview. I think this really helped in the process because the relaxed setting made me feel more comfortable around the people who were interviewing me.

2 interviews one with recruiter and one with director. Easy and straightforward. The first interview is basic questions and second interview is pretty much the same with previous jobs and responsibilities.

very straight forward. usually meet with two members from the senior mgmt team for an hour. The interview included some of the behavior questions, but they are more focused on your technical skill.
