I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Oct 2020
Interview
Interview process was super long. I had an initial phone interview than had 4 separate interviews right after another each at least 30 minutes long and with multiple individuals. Generally, they mainly looked for if I could admit that I do not know everything public accounting as a college student and if I was eager to learn.

Interview
Really easy interview process but use STAR when answering the questions to related back to your previous projects or experiences. Practice and know your stuff but overall very easy interview process and stuff.

I applied online. I interviewed at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
My first interview was with the recruiter over the phone, asked pretty easy questions like "walk me through your resume" and "why accounting". Second interview was with a principal at that branch and was on Zoom. Mostly conversational and telling you more about the company.
