CMD Corporation interview questions

Went through 2 interview periods. First was with would be manager and coworker. Second was more coworkers for round 1 and management for round 2. Everything for both interviews went fine, the head of HR was a bit belittling with how he spoke. After 2nd interview was asked to take a "personality and competence test" and felt that went well. Proceeded to never hear back from anyone at the company. Contacted HR after a week of hearing nothing after the test and was told they'd get back to me the following week and never heard a single thing, not even a rejection letter. I don't mind losing out on the job as I found a more fitting one elsewhere, but I feel it is unprofessional of a company to ghost their candidates if they do not want to proceed with them.
