I applied through an external recruiter. The interview process consisted of 3 rounds of phone screens (30min intro with engineering manager, 1hr code screen with the engineering manager, 30min culture fit with a product manager). After those three rounds I was invited on-site for a 4 hour interview. The on-site was fairly straightforward, mostly just conversations with engineers & product managers on the team. After the process I was told by both the recruiter and the engineering manager that they liked me and wanted to give me an offer, but I never heard back. The entire process from initial phone call to on-site interview took 1.5 months. I received the last email from the engineering manager saying he wanted to extend an offer one month after the on-site and that was my last communication with them.
