quick process, liked the interviewer, they were very responsive. two rounds of interview, first a hirevue then a phone interview. appreciated the feedback i received, it was helpful. don’t know what else to add tbh lol, very classic interview questions
The interview process was thorough and fair. Before the interview we were given a fictitious scenario with various sources of information and asked to write an article and then a video interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at CNN (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
Hireview first, then business coordinator/ manager round. Not sure what's after that (have the business coord round in a few days). The hireview questions were what you would expect them to be. Good idea to tape your first try and hten take a break and restrategize before taping a second one.

Question 1
*Haven't gotten offer (yet) just needed to put an answer for that^
Why do you want to work here, whats your news diet, etc.
The interview process was pretty simple. 1) HireVue 2) A 1:1 meeting with the hiring manager.
Honestly, if you get a call and you get along with the hiring manager you'll get the job.
