Hireview questions x5 4000 characters each - It's quite tricky but not impossible, asks questions such as:
Why CNN?
A Good News story you've seen in the last 6 months?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Why this role? How will you fit in?

Then about a month later I was invited to a Zoom interview with 2 senior producers...
They asked lots of questions (below) but basically it was just a simple chat about me and my experience - have examples of good and bad news stories you've seen and use the STAR method when talking about your past experience.

CV was easy, written assessment took really long as they asked to write 5 passages for 5 questions. Final interview was just normal like asking why this role what have you done
