COMP Cams interview questions

Applied online and was called in the same week. 1 on 1 with supervisor with basic questions over automotive and work experience. Walked the building to get a minor insight on what all goes into just the cam side of the business. Called back a week later to come in, made compensation offer and wouldn't negotiate. Paperwork, drug test, and got to work 2 weeks later.
