COTA interview questions

The interview lasted about an hour and I was interviewed virtually by two managers. The interview included several scenario-based questions. Most of these questions focused on developmental services, such as: "What is Developmental Services Ontario (DSO)?" and "What is the passport program for people with disabilities?" The interviewers also inquired about various mental health conditions, for example, "Can you explain what borderline personality disorder is?" The final portion of the interview included a written component that presented an advocacy scenario. It’s important to note that the specific questions may vary depending on the area within Cota for which you are interviewing, as they may be tailored to the particular type of case management involved.

Had 4 rounds of interview. First was a basic screening call with the VP. Then a technical interview round with the team engineers. Then a pair coding test with another senior engineer. Then a behavioral interview. They were medium difficulty questions and the interviewers were more than helpful.
