Quick, friendly, and detailed. We reviewed the work and I had done before this application. We reviewed what my goals and ideas for my career going forward are. We reviewed opportunities within the company. It was a very thorough and very friendly process. Essentially I filled out primary application and was contacted by a recruiter. We had a verbal interview and then I filled out a more detailed application. They ran a background check and talked about the opportunities is there a sign that I understood the details of a career with the company.
