Interview
Required three interviews, one prep with recruiter, one interview with "ops managers"--this was a tag team event, and a final interview with the division chief. The work environment is a large floor with numerous cubicles, the company is in the midst of upgrading its archaic computer system with a modern system.

Question 1
None, although the recruiter warned that the ops managers would attempt to put me under stress during the interview, they mostly asked the typical experience/why do you want this job questions.
Typical interviews, first with HR, then with Operations Managers to see if you meshed with their ideas for optimal employees, then finally with a supervisor to see if you were a fit for their management style

Interview
After submitting my resume I had a 10 minute phone interview. The recruiter was very direct and didn't want to waste each others time. I then had a panel interview with him and 2 "managers". It also included shadowing a current DM. The interview was straightforward and fairly simple. They were interested to make sure you could handle a stressful environment. I lived further away and they wanted to ensure I could make the commute. One manager didn't even want to consider me for that reason, but I appeased them.

First interview with the corporate recruiter. Then shadow a Driver Manager for about an hour to see what a typical day is like. Then a panel interview with another recruiter and 2 operations Managers.
