      I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CRH

      Interview

      The interview process was really simple. First one has to go through HR phone screening, one would be asked questions like: what made you apply in this position, salary etc. Next step would be online interview where you would be asked a little bit more about company, experience, education, discussed role and responsibilities, culture etc. Next step would be in-person interview where one would be judged if the person would be a good fit within the department, company
