Interview
Technical round 1 - Two people over telephonic interview, civil & qualified people who asked some good valuation questions. Good experience. Waited for 30 mins for the call , had to call them to remind that there was an interview scheduled.
Technical round 2 - Relevant department head, Good technical interview. Had to wait 1 hour for the scheduled interview
So this made CRISIL look good. But there comes HR who doesn't care a squat about the candidate. Zero respect. Had to call 10 times for every backup. Waited for almost a week to get the reply out of them. Worst response and professionalism.
All technical interviews were cleared. Had final director round and finally after a week, they reply that job position had been filled. Poor interview mechanism and culture.
The asked me basic Financial Modeling questions and sector specific questions. Tell me about yourself, background, skills, long term goal, Research Reports, Bloomberg, advanced excel, charts and graph, databases, strength and weakness

Relatively chill, asked questions which mostly revolved around accounting. Free Cash Flow, how do you arrive at Free Cash Flow. How the three financial statements are linked. Along these lines.
CV shortlisting and then interview and then the interview was conducted. This ways all of the process was completed. Post this offer was made and then accepted hence. For the research analyst position in the company
