Primera entrevista con personal de recursos humanos
Segunda entrevista con potencial manager del sector.
En general en la entrevista preguntan cuestiones sobre experiencia laboral y conocimientos.
Por otro lado describen el día a día, qué softwares utilizan, reglas de confidencialidad.
Lo malo era que lo hacían telefónicamente en vez de hacerlo con cámaras.

Explican reglas de confidencialidad (bastante severas) y cómo sería el día a día.
The process was fair and result was time bound, therefor I can say it was a fair experience. However It will be great if they give more time to schedule different rounds

2 rounds of interview. Questions on past work experience and finance. Questions on post graduation and economy. Repo rate, ratios etc. Why crisil? Why do you want to switch?. Any questions for the panel
2 rounds were conducted and industry knowledge is must for this profile. The interview focused mainly on testing industry knowledge, your work experience and financial modelling & valuation knowledge. 1st round was taken by manager and he asked me lot of questions, also tested my reasoning. But 2nd round was short and it was taken by director, he basically wanted to understand my profile.
