The process took somehwere like 12 days. Had a test first MCQ's consisting of English, Finance, Quant and Qualitative sections. Pretty good test not easy but not difficult as well. HR person was pretty good to speak to, because of the time constraint he agreed to take the HR Round over the phone if the test was cleared. HR Round was also just normal questions like tell me about yourself, about the current job, Some basic of how will i analyse a company, Important Ratios. The Main Round was the third round with the seniors where a lot of questions were asked on current job, why i want to leave the job and saw the basic understanding of Finance. Overall a good experience.
