Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CSL Plasma (Orange City, FL) in May 2017
Interview
I interviewed in a standard office with the LPN/hiring manager and the center manager. The LPN asked most of the questions and the center manager mainly listened. It was a very standard interview with basic interview questions. I did research on the company before I went to the interview and asked them questions about it (they really liked that). They talked about the process of donating plasma as I had zero experience in such a thing or even sticking needles! At the end of the interview they gave me a tour and told me that they would be making decisions by the end of the following week and they would contact me either way. They called me back exactly a week later.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CSL Plasma
Interview
They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

Interview
It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions, such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
