I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CSL Plasma (Port Saint Lucie, FL) in Nov 2014
Interview
Very vague, poor management within this facility. The company itself has great benefits and overall is great to work for. They didn't take time to go over things with you. Training was basically all self taught on the computer. Reading and writing and demonstrating what you learned on the donor floor. You were watched by a "trainer" and signed off if they felt you have passed that part of the SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) Constant training, and extremely high turn over rate. New employees every few months. Kind of extreme for the amount of "self taught" Phlebotomy skills that they require you to produce. joke.
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CSL Plasma
Interview
They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times
I applied online. I interviewed at CSL Plasma (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions, such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
