      Virtual Office Assistant Interview

      Dec 31, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Cut Off, LA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CT (Cut Off, LA) in Mar 2015

      Interview

I've read some of the other comments and I think that many of the negative remarks are due to a misunderstanding in the hiring process. The initial form that candidates fill out are the most basic information. The application system then automatically sends a "skills" test to all candidates. Skills is in quotation marks above because the skills test is the real application where work related questions are asked and some include skills tests to be sure that applicants can really perform the tasks that they claim to have. When a position becomes vacant, then candidates are screened and selected for interviews.
