      Social Media Manager Interview

      Sep 13, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CT (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

I had a skype interview with them then waiting close to 3 months to hear back. I reached out over email to check in and see what was taking so long for them to get back to me and they told me the decision process was taking longer than expected, otherwise there was zero communication from them which was dissapointing. I ended up not getting the job because they found someone "slightly better" which is an unprofessional way to say I'm not qualified or something of that sort. I was extremely dissapointed in the lack of communication, how long it took to hear back (seriously, 3 months?) and the lack of professionalism. I'm honestly glad I didn't get the offer after all of that.

I was given an example of a client asked to create a social media strategy for them.
