I applied for their recruiter position. Immediately I got an email from them asking me to answer some questions that would assess my technical skills and it wouldn’t take more than 80min or so. I did it because I really thought someone have seen my resume and they had a genuine interest in my profile. Beyond that, they ask you (voluntarily to help them to rank better on Google, which now is a very red flag!) The assessment was horrible extensive, questions that wasn’t related to the field and it took me almost 2h30min to finish it. Then I got an email saying thank you for answering it and they would review my answers and get back to me. Well, they didn’t. They haven’t ever get back to me, never! . Either way they even look at my answers or they weren’t good enough for the position, which in this case is totally fine, but please, give the candidate a response! Don’t ask them to waste almost 3h of their lives to answer questions that you, recruiter is not even interested in!
You are invited for a Skill test immedately after send your resume, this skill test review stage never ends. They are always just reviewing and always recruiting for the same positions, somehow they never get filled

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CT (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
the pre-set assessment was fairly simple although it was a bit lengthy. They showed a bunch of different videos and webpages and asked us to identify what's missing/wrong in them. Lastly, they asked to upload a 3 minute video explaining your background, why you applied and why you'll be a good fit
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CT (Tennessee City, TN) in Jul 2023
Interview
I found the interview to be average. They had you look at videos of people interviewing for positions and gave you the requirements for what they were looking for. They had you rate them best to worse and you had to tell them why. This was also done on different websites. Lastly, you had to take a video of yourself and give a small interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want this job? Tell us a little about yourself. With regards to the website examples, they give you the criteria they are looking for. Out of the 5 examples, you rate them the best to worst and tell them why you answered that way. The same is for the pre-recorded interviews. You rate them best to worst. They are pretty obvious. Some have bad lighting and audio, others are short and don't answer the questions they asked.
