Question 1
How do you handle scope creep and help remove blockers for engineers that weren’t at the beginning of the sprint?
Really solid interview experience. Spoke with Human Resources first and they walked me through what to expect. Met with my direct manager and another team member and it was a short but direct interview covering everything I needed to know to make a decision on the position.
The interview was very knowledgeable. They were very friendly as well and I loved how the interview felt more like a conversation and not an interrogation. I really enjoyed this interview process.
