Interview
HR does a phone interview, interviews you in person, then makes you past a drug test, they don't check reference, do background checks, or make sure that worked where you say you did. They will literally higher anyone that can pass the drug test and shows up.
Fill out application on their website, go to interview, await email with background check and sign up for drug test. Wait for results then go to work. Waiting for background check was the longest part of the process.

Very easy, a video interview was offered to me after reviewing my application. They were very nice. They only asked a few questions. If I worked a remote job before, had the equipment, etc.

Interview
The interview process was really fast. Lasted all of about 10 minutes. Didn't really ask necessary questions. Had multiple interviewers at the same time waiting. The HR was very nice but I felt as if she could have asked more questions pertaining to experiences, such as volunteering or if I knew how to work with computers and phones. All of which were necessary for the job.
