Man to man interview with shop forman Discuss skills and give you a company overview and about how they are moving forward with new ideas. Which turns out to bogus! They have an old way of thinking there ( racist and sexist comments are common place in the shop) and are only happy if you fall in line with. The interview finishes off with a tour of the shop which feels like you've stepped back in time 40 years or so. Very outdated equipment. And piles of garbage everywhere.
