Caliber Assurance Services interview questions

Telephonic discussion and chatting and skype. This company doesnt even have registration. How could an employee can claim their employment if he works in this so called company. Especially the guy hiring guy may be.. He is the most narrow minded I have ever came across in an interview. Ridiculously, he did the interview through chatting in gmail or skype,. He cant even spare money for calling a guy for third round of hr interview. How could they maintain an organization. People will behave accordingly and supposedly to an unregistered company at any where any time. Their motto less money invest and more theft of service from serious aspirants. Total time waste. i am ready to answer any thing to them if they condemn it. Theres no professionalism in their way of processing in an interview. Let there be no apprehension on it.
